Students wishing to receive transfer credit must request an official transcript(s) to be sent directly to MCC’s 招生办公室.
After you submit your application to MCC, contact the college or colleges that you attended, 或者正在参加, 和 have them send your official transcript to the MCC 招生办公室.

- Credits are evaluated once a student has been accepted to MCC 和 transcripts are received. Students will receive a transfer credit evaluation by email.
- Students who do not agree with the college’s decision on the granting of credit earned at a prior SUNY institution have the right to submit an appeal to the college’s 招生办公室.
- 学生可能 submit their appeal request to 招生/Transfer Credit (transfercredit@3600151.com).
- Students requesting an appeal should provide reasonable material to support their case, such as the course syllabus with course learning outcomes, 课堂上使用的书, 和 chapters covered in the course from the year the course was taken.
- 招生 will forward the appeal to the Department Chair of the corresponding area, 和 respond to the student within 15 business days.
- If the Department Chair supports the appeal:
- The department returns the appeal material to the 招生办公室 with the request that the student be given transfer equivalency credit as approved. The student’s transfer credit will be adjusted to reflect the new equivalency. 学生将被告知, 和, if the chairperson has ruled that the equivalency applies to all students, the transfer equivalency tables will be changed to reflect the new course equivalency.
- If the Department Chair rejects the appeal:
- The Admission Office will notify the student regarding the department chair's decision 和 the student will be informed of their right of appeal to SUNY System Administration.
